  • Clients can make appointments via phone, email or by booking online through this link. You can also click on any of the “Book An Appointment” button you see on our website (No walk-ins, by appointments only).

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa & MasterCard only), cash & Interac.

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a “no show” fee equal to the cost of your treatment.

  • Clients are asked to silence their cell phones & electronic devices for the duration of their visit.

    Prior to their first treatment, all new clients must fill out the relevant intake form. New clients will be emailed a copy of the intake form or clients can choose to show up 15 minutes early for their first appointment to fill in the intake forms.

  • COVID related: Please note that our online booking system Jane app will send all clients an online mandatory COVID 19 screening tool survey 48 hours before each appointment. It is mandatory that you complete this at least 24 hours before you come for your appointment.
